Fix/sideload icon type (#1577)

* add content type to icon dataURL

* better handling of blob reading; remove verifying loader and reorganize html

* clean up PR feedback and create validation fn instead of boolean

* grpup upload state into one type

* better organize validation

* add server id to eos check for updates req

* fix patchdb to latest
